May 14, 2014, Reisterstown, MD – Baltimore Humane Society, a no-kill shelter in Reisterstown that offers care for homeless animals, a low-cost veterinary center for the public, and a pet cemetery with grief support services, unveiled its new website, http://bmorehumane.org, designed by Warschawski Advertising Agency in Mt. Washington, Maryland.
The site design was won by Baltimore Humane Society after Warschawski held a contest for non-profits. A prize of a newly designed website was awarded to the organization with the most votes. The site features all the adoptable animals updated daily, events, and even a page where the public can help get pets adopted by printing and posting adoption flyers. There are also pages where donations can be made for programs like the Yukon Medical Fund, pet sponsorship, and memorial and honorarium donations. A donation Wish List can also be accessed. The no-kill shelter’s colors, wine and blue, accent the website.
