Please include your pet's name, your name, address, phone number and email address along with a short description (100 words or less) about what makes your pet special! Photos must be your original work and you absolutely must have full ownership rights to the photo. One photo per person may be submitted each month. The monthly winner will be selected based upon the creativity and quality of the photograph, as well as the unique, well written description.
